Mkspo provides free shipping on orders over $39.99 in the continental United States, and only charges a flat fee of $5 for orders under $39.99.

This policy applies to products purchased through Mkspo, including Puzzles, Puzzle Tools, Picture Frames, Fridge Magnets, Magnetic Display Boards, and Bookends.
Return Period
Customers may return goods within 30 days of receipt.
Return Requirements
Items must be in perfect condition, without any damage or alteration that would affect resale.
Puzzles must be brand new and unused, with all puzzle pieces intact, without any missing, broken, creased, or soiled pieces, and the original packaging (including box, instruction manual, and other accessories) must be intact.
Puzzle Tools, Picture Frames, Fridge Magnets, Magnetic Display Boards, and Bookends must be brand new, unused, and free from scratches, deformation, paint chips, or damage, with original packaging and all accessories included.
Customers must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).
Return Shipping Costs
If the return/exchange is due to Mkspo's fault (e.g., wrong item sent, product quality issues), Mkspo will bear the return shipping costs.
If the return/exchange is due to the customer's personal reasons (e.g., dislike of the design, subjective dissatisfaction), the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

Return Process

Refund Processing Time
After receiving the returned item and confirming that it is in good condition, we will process the refund within 3 business days and send a refund confirmation email.
The refund will be returned to the payment account you used when placing the order. The arrival time depends on the bank's processing speed.
Product quality issues
If the received item has quality issues (such as missing puzzle pieces, damaged puzzle images, scratches/deformation/paint peeling on puzzle tools, abnormal magnetism of the magnetic display board, etc.), please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide clear photos/videos of the problematic item as evidence. We will then initiate a refund or exchange for you.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchange services. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to apply for a return. Once the return is approved and the refund is processed, you can reorder the desired item.
Order Cancellation
If your order has not yet entered the processing stage within 24 hours of successful payment, you can apply to cancel it. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team directly.
If your order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can apply for a return according to the return policy above after receiving the item.

Our Puzzle Tools (including puzzle boards and puzzle tables) are compatible with most standard-sized puzzles (100/500/1000/2000 pieces). Please check the product details page to confirm the specific compatible sizes before placing your order.
3. What sizes of picture frames do you offer?

4. Is the magnetic force of the Fridge Magnet strong enough? Will it easily fall off?
Our Fridge Magnets use high-quality strong magnets that can be firmly attached to surfaces such as refrigerators and magnetic display boards. They will not easily fall off under normal use and will not leave scratches on the attached surface.
5. Can the Magnetic Display Board be used at home and in the office? What items can be attached to it?
Yes, our Magnetic Display Board is suitable for multiple scenarios at home and in the office. It can be used to attach Fridge Magnets, sticky notes, photos, schedules, thin documents, and small puzzle pieces.
6. Is the bookend stable enough? Will it tip over if heavy books are placed on it?
Our bookends are made of sturdy materials with a widened base design for enhanced stability. They can stably support heavy books, textbooks, and magazines, and will not tip over under normal placement.
7. Can the finished puzzle be framed directly? Do you have matching frames?
Once the puzzle is assembled, it can be framed directly after being secured with glue. We offer frames that match the sizes of most puzzles (for example, a 1000-piece puzzle fits an A3 frame). You can search for frames of the appropriate size in our store.
