Our puzzles are made of high-quality, thickened cardboard with smooth, burr-free edges and a waterproof film coating. They are wear-resistant, not easily deformed, and suitable for repeated assembly and long-term storage.
2. Do your puzzle accessories fit all puzzle sizes?
Our Puzzle Tools (including puzzle boards and puzzle tables) are compatible with most standard-sized puzzles (100/500/1000/2000 pieces). Please check the product details page to confirm the specific compatible sizes before placing your order.
3. What sizes of picture frames do you offer?
We offer a variety of standard picture frame sizes, including 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, A4, A3, etc., suitable for photos, finished puzzles, and artwork. Please check the product details page to confirm the specific compatible sizes before placing your order.
4. Is the magnetic force of the Fridge Magnet strong enough? Will it easily fall off?
Our Fridge Magnets use high-quality strong magnets that can be firmly attached to surfaces such as refrigerators and magnetic display boards. They will not easily fall off under normal use and will not leave scratches on the attached surface.
5. Can the Magnetic Display Board be used at home and in the office? What items can be attached to it?
Yes, our Magnetic Display Board is suitable for multiple scenarios at home and in the office. It can be used to attach Fridge Magnets, sticky notes, photos, schedules, thin documents, and small puzzle pieces.
6. Is the bookend stable enough? Will it tip over if heavy books are placed on it?
Our bookends are made of sturdy materials with a widened base design for enhanced stability. They can stably support heavy books, textbooks, and magazines, and will not tip over under normal placement.
7. Can the finished puzzle be framed directly? Do you have matching frames?
Once the puzzle is assembled, it can be framed directly after being secured with glue. We offer frames that match the sizes of most puzzles (for example, a 1000-piece puzzle fits an A3 frame). You can search for frames of the appropriate size in our store.

1. How long does it take to process and ship orders?
After payment confirmation, we will process and ship your order within 1-3 business days.
2. Do you support worldwide shipping? Are there any areas where delivery is not available?
We currently only support delivery to the continental United States. If you have any questions about delivery areas, please contact customer service before placing your order.
3. Who bears the shipping cost? Are there any free shipping promotions?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order amount and will be clearly displayed when you place your order. Orders exceeding a certain amount qualify for free shipping.

1. What is your return and exchange period? Can I return or exchange items after receiving them?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange service from the date of receipt. As long as the product is unused, the packaging is intact, and all accessories are included, you can apply for a return or exchange without reason.
2. Are there any products that are not eligible for return or exchange?
Used products (such as damaged puzzles, stained bookends, scratched photo frames) are not eligible for return or exchange; products with surface marks due to use are also not eligible for return or exchange. Please refer to our return and exchange policy for details.
3. Who bears the return shipping cost?
If the product has quality problems (such as damage, missing parts, or incorrect delivery), we will bear the return shipping cost;
If you apply for a return or exchange due to personal reasons (such as not liking the style or the size is not suitable), you will bear the return shipping cost.
4. How long will it take to receive a refund after returning the goods?
After we receive the returned goods and verify that they meet the return and exchange conditions, we will process the refund within 3 business days.
The refund will be returned to your original payment account, and the time it takes to arrive depends on the bank's processing speed.
5. Can I exchange the size/style of the product?
Yes, you can apply to exchange for a different size or style within 30 days, provided that the original product is unused and the packaging is intact; please note that if there is a price difference between the exchanged products, you will need to pay the difference or receive a refund for the difference.
6. What should I do if I receive the wrong product or missing parts?
If you receive the wrong product or find missing parts, please contact customer service immediately, provide your order number and relevant photos, and we will quickly verify the information and resend the correct product or missing parts to you free of charge, or provide a reasonable solution according to your needs.
